Our own team delivers and places your furniture in Kigali. Collection from the showroom is always free.
Every piece is handled by the people who made it, from the workshop to your room. Here is how delivery works and what it costs.

How ordering works
Checking out on our website sends us an order request. Nothing is paid online. Once we receive it, a member of our team calls you to:
- confirm the pieces, sizes and finishes you have chosen and whether they are ready or made to order;
- confirm the delivery price for your address, or arrange a collection time;
- agree a delivery date that suits you;
- explain how to pay: by MTN MoMo, bank transfer or on delivery.
Your order is confirmed once we have spoken and agreed these details together.
Delivery in Kigali
We deliver across Gasabo, Kicukiro and Nyarugenge. Our team will call ahead on the day, carry your furniture into the room you choose and place it for you. Please let us know about stairs, narrow doors or gate access when we call, so we bring the right people and tools.
Delivery elsewhere in Rwanda
We can deliver outside Kigali. The price depends on the distance and the size of the order, so we quote it for your address when we call to confirm your order.
Collecting from the showroom
You are welcome to collect from our showroom in Kimihurura at no cost. We will call you when your order is ready. Larger pieces need a suitable vehicle, so ask us about sizes when we call.
Frequently asked questions
Delivery prices depend on your address and the size of your order. We confirm the price by phone after you send your order request, before anything is agreed. Collection from our showroom is free.
Pieces we have ready can usually be delivered soon after we confirm your order. Made-to-order pieces take longer because they are built for you in our workshop. We give you a date when we call, and we let you know if anything changes.
