No. Nothing is paid on our website. Once we have spoken and agreed your order, you can pay by MTN MoMo, by bank transfer or on delivery.

Yes. Call us on +250 790 003 319. Before your order is confirmed you can change or cancel it freely. For made-to-order pieces that are already in production, we will talk you through the options.

Our own team delivers and places furniture across Kigali. We also deliver elsewhere in Rwanda, priced by distance. Read more about delivery.

It depends on your address and your order. We confirm the price by phone after you send your order request. Collection from the showroom is free.

Yes, collection from our showroom in Kimihurura is free. We call you when your order is ready.

Very often, yes. Because we make everything in our own workshop, we can adjust sizes, woods and finishes on many pieces, or design something new with you. Start a commission.

It depends on the piece and on how busy the workshop is. We give you a timeline with your quote, before you commit to anything.

For bespoke and made-to-order pieces we may ask for a deposit before we start making. We confirm the amount in writing with your quote.

Our workshop is in Kimihurura. If you would like to see your piece being made, call us on +250 790 003 319 and we will see what we can arrange.

We work in solid wood. Ask us about the woods and finishes available for any piece, and see samples at the showroom.

Every piece is made by hand from natural wood, so grain, knots and colour vary from board to board. No two pieces are exactly alike, and wood also mellows with light over time.

Dust with a soft dry cloth, use coasters and mats, keep pieces out of strong direct sun, and re-oil oiled surfaces when they look dry. Read our full care guide.

Please check your furniture with our team on delivery and tell them straight away. If you find a problem later, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will put it right. Read our returns policy.

Ready-made pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition, with return transport at your cost. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
