Returns

Every piece is checked in our workshop before it leaves us, and our team places it in your home with you. If something is still not right, here is what happens next.

Check your piece on delivery

Please look over your furniture with our team when it is delivered or when you collect it. If you notice damage or a fault at that point, tell the team straight away so we can note it and arrange a repair or replacement.

Damaged or faulty pieces

If you find a fault or damage after delivery, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a few photos. We will look at it with you and, depending on the problem, repair the piece, replace it or refund you. If a piece needs to come back to the workshop, we collect it at our cost.

Changing your mind

Because you speak with us before your order is confirmed, we hope you will be sure of your choice before anything is delivered. If you change your mind about a ready-made piece, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We can accept it back if it is unused and in its original condition. Return transport is at your cost, and we refund you once the piece is back with us and checked.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces

Pieces made to your size, wood or finish are built for you alone, so we cannot take them back if you change your mind. They are of course covered if they are damaged or faulty, as above. Before we start making, we confirm every detail with you in writing.

How refunds are paid

We refund using the method you paid with (MTN MoMo or bank transfer), or another method we agree with you, usually within 14 days of agreeing the refund.
